SPF Protection in Cloud Hosting
The SPF protection option is provided as standard with each and every cloud hosting plan that we offer and you can use it without any difficulty to protect the emails for each domain name hosted as part of your account. The service is controlled through the Emails section of our cutting-edge, and easy-to-navigate Hepsia Control Panel. What is needed to activate the protection is to type the IP address of the email server in addition to its hostname - mail.server.com, for example. As soon as the protection is active, only this server will be able to send out email messages from email addresses created under the domain name that you have selected. Your email addresses may be managed by a different provider, but if we manage them in addition to your site, you can activate an option for email messages to be sent only when the domain features our MX records. This solution will provide you with better protection as solely our server will be permitted to send email messages from your mailboxes and you will have better control. If you have any questions or if you have any kind of difficulties with this service, you'll be able to contact our tech support crew anytime and they'll help you right away.
SPF Protection in Semi-dedicated Servers
The SPF protection feature is available with all of the Linux semi-dedicated servers, so when you host your domain names in an account on our cloud hosting platform, you will be able to use the service effortlessly for any of your domain names. The Hepsia Control Panel, which is included with the semi-dedicated accounts, has a quite user-friendly interface, therefore you won't need to be tech-savvy in order to secure your emails. You'll only have to type the hostname and the IP of each mail server that you'd like to be permitted to send e-mails from your addresses and right after that the updated record will be active for the domain name that you have picked. As an additional option, we also give you the ability to restrict the outgoing e-mail messages and secure your mailboxes further by allowing messages to be sent only when the domain involved has our MX records i.e. the email messages for the domain name need to be managed here and not by another supplier. By doing so you'll have even better control and there won't be a chance for somebody to fake your e-mail addresses for malicious activities.
