Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Creating an auto-responder email will take you only a couple of mouse clicks if you work with a Linux cloud hosting from our company. You can do this through the Emails section of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where one can see all your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You can choose an email address and click the auto-responder button or simply right-click and select the feature in the context menu which will pop up. All you have to do is to enter the content which you want to be sent as an automated reply and save the changes. You can type in any text you need and editing or removing the auto-responder function can be just as simple. From the exact same section of the Control Panel you'll be able to keep track of which accounts have the feature active and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you want to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account from our company, you will be able to add in an auto-responder for any e-mail that you set up through the Emails part of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All the email addresses you have will be listed in alphabetical order within this section and for each of them you'll see a small "Auto-responder" button. To enable the function, click the button for an individual e-mail, enter the message you want people to get as a reply to their e-mail messages, then save the changes. You will be able to change or remove this text at any moment following the exact same steps.
